Capturing epic European and American style elements with a world-traveled pedigree, the Archivist six-drawer chest embraces both elegance and beloved, comfortable and simple lines inspired by authentic antiques. Crafted with Pecky Pecan Veneers, the dresser has a soft casual pecan-colored finish with a rustic feel. The finishing touches are the antique-inspired ring-pulls in a time-worn bronze and the shaped block feet. Packed with storage, there’s a top hidden drawer with felt liner, second and third drawers with drop-in felt liner and a cedar-lined bottom drawer.

A soft casual finish over Pecky Pecan gives a rustic, character-filled and authentic look. The finish is complemented by antique-inspired hardware including kick plates, tear-drop-shaped pendants and ring pulls with back-plates in a time-worn bronze finish. Distressing includes rasping, chiseling, chain and cow-tailing.

Product Care
We recommend dusting frequently with a clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Clean the surface by rubbing in the direction of the grain. We recommend polishing your furniture approximately every six months using a clean, soft, lint-free cloth and rubbing the polish in the direction of the grain. Guardsman furniture polish or any furniture polish that doesn’t contain silicone is recommended.

Warranty
For a period of one year after date of shipment, the manufacturer (HOOKER FURNITURE CORPORATION), after inspection by its authorized representative, will have repaired locally or replaced, as determined by HOOKER FURNITURE CORPORATION, any item that is found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or material. This guarantee applies only if furniture is stored and used under normal conditions.
